Pastor Audi L. Lynch is a charismatic communicator, progressive thought leader, educator, counselor, musician, and community advocate whose work stands at the intersection of faith, emotional wellness, education, leadership, and community empowerment. He serves as the Senior Pastor of the Faithful Church in Boston and as an Associate Pastor at The Refuge Temple Church. Those who know him personally describe him as a man of passion, purpose, integrity, and vision.

Audi is the son of Bishop Linval and Evangelist Gwendolyn Lynch. He was baptized in Jesus’ name on Easter Sunday in 1997 and received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost one week later. As a third-generation Apostolic preacher, teacher, and pastor, he accepted his call to ministry at the age of 19 and has since devoted his life to communicating biblical truth in ways that are spiritually grounded, psychologically insightful, and relevant to the realities people face every day.

In November 2018, Audi was unanimously selected to serve as Pastor of the Faithful Church of Christ. Under his leadership, the ministry has experienced renewed vision, organizational development, spiritual growth, and an expanded commitment to serving the whole person. His pastoral approach brings together biblical fidelity, discipleship, emotional health, leadership formation, community engagement, and practical service. He is committed to building a church where people are not merely inspired by ministry but formed through it, equipped to discover their purpose, strengthened in their relationships, and prepared to serve others with maturity and integrity.

Beyond the pulpit, Audi is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and an accomplished musician whose ministry and professional experiences have taken him throughout the United States and internationally, including Germany, Israel, and the Caribbean. His passion for developing musicians led him to establish Musician Connect, an educational initiative providing mentorship, private instruction, and developmental clinics for aspiring musicians. He also serves as President of Faith Readers Press, supporting churches, ministries, organizations, and authors through professional printing and publishing services.

Audi earned a master’s degree in counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. His education in counseling has strengthened his ability to minister to the emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of human development. He brings this integrated perspective to his work with individuals, families, congregations, students, and organizational leaders.

Professionally, Audi has served in the public education sector for more than a decade. His career has included counseling, student advocacy, family engagement, program development, and district-level leadership throughout the Greater Boston area. He currently serves as a K–12 program director, providing strategic leadership and developing systems that support student achievement, educational equity, cultural belonging, and meaningful family partnership. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to creating environments in which young people and families can flourish.

Across ministry, education, counseling, music, publishing, and community leadership, Audi remains committed to developing people, strengthening institutions, and creating pathways through which individuals can recognize their God-given worth, embrace responsibility, and fulfill their purpose.

Audi married his best friend, Jacquelyn Raye Lynch, in 2015. They are the proud parents of three sons and share a deep commitment to faith, family, and serving others. Together, they continue building a life centered on purpose, spiritual legacy, and meaningful community impact.
